Sonia Tao (she/her) is an emerging writer based in Toronto. Her work is inspired by different aspects of urban culture, having lived in cities like Jakarta, Brisbane, and Taipei. She writes poetry and articles about arts & culture, some of which can be found in Scarborough Arts and The Valley. She holds a Honours BA in Communications from the University of Toronto. Besides writing, she plays the flute and can be found at (yet another) film festival.
