Noal joins Rungh as Communications Coordinator. Previously, she managed communications for the Ecologies of Social Difference Research Network at the University of British Columbia. She also works as a collaborative filmmaker and has developed and led outreach for participatory projects with communities in Cameroon, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan. Noal's work explores relationships with the environment by focusing on the stories of overlooked communities.
